The New Path for the Heart Association of Huelva works to improve the health and well-being of all cardiac patients through disease knowledge and the promotion of healthy activities. It also serves as a meeting point and support where experiences and concerns can be shared.

They rely on four fundamental pillars: citizen participation, volunteering, the patient school where patients and families share knowledge, concerns, and experiences, and the organization of events and activities of various kinds.
