Teleassistance Aid
The Municipal Program to Support Teleassistance for the elderly in Palos de la Frontera consists of a monthly grant equal to the established cost, depending on the user’s circumstances, as determined by the Teleassistance Service. This can be:
A monthly cost of €10.80 for holders of the Green Junta Sesenta y Cinco Card, under 80 years old, who live alone or with another Green Card holder. A monthly cost of €3.60 for holders of the Gold Card who live with a Green Card holder.
Those eligible for these grants are individuals over 65 years old, with a habitual and permanent residence in Palos de la Frontera, who are users of the Andalusian Teleassistance Service and holders of the Green Junta Sesenta y Cinco Card and the Gold Junta Sesenta y Cinco Card, regardless of the monthly service cost.

Once the application is completed, you must go to the Social Services offices.
Along with the application, you must provide the following documentation:
- Photocopy of ID / NIE
- Certificate of Ownership of Bank Account Number
- Photocopy of the Installation Bulletin or Teleassistance Contract
