Enrollment Voucher
The City Council of Palos, concerned about the education of its youth and to safeguard the right to education for real equality of opportunities, proposes a line of aid aimed at covering a significant part of the cost of the annual enrollment fee for University Studies, Official Master’s Degrees, or Language School.
These grants are open to students from Palos up to 35 years of age who are registered in the municipality as of the application date, with a minimum cumulative seniority of 5 years.
Under these premises, the available aid lines are as follows:
- A 75% subsidy on the Registration fees for FIRST ENROLLMENT Credits, according to the public prices established for “study credits” agreed upon by the Andalusian Public University System, both in public and private universities.
- A 50% subsidy on the Registration fees for SECOND ENROLLMENT Credits, according to the public prices established for “study credits” agreed upon by the Andalusian Public University System, both in public and private universities.
- A 75% subsidy of the cost of the Enrollment for the completion of Official Master’s Degrees approved by the Ministry of Education, according to the public prices established for “study credits of Official Master’s Degrees” agreed upon by the Andalusian Public University System, both in public and private universities.
- A 75% subsidy of the Enrollment in the Official Language School for obtaining B1 and B2, as well as the same percentage for the examination fees, independently of each other.

Once completed, you must go to the offices of the Citizen Service Center (SAC) located in Plaza de España.
Along with the application, you must provide:
- Photocopy of ID
- Certificate of studies / Enrollment
- Certificate of residency
