Housing Voucher
In order to facilitate access to the first home for the young residents of our town, the Palos Town Council has established the following lines of assistance:
- LINE 1: €10,000 HOUSING VOUCHER FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE FIRST HOME. Beneficiaries of this measure may include young residents of Palos aged between 18 and 35, both inclusive, living in Palos de la Frontera and acquiring their first habitual residence within the urban areas of Palos, La Rábida, and Mazagón (within the municipal boundaries of Palos).
- LINE 2: €10,000 HOUSING VOUCHER FOR THE SELF-CONSTRUCTION OF THE FIRST HOME Beneficiaries of this measure may include young residents of Palos aged between 18 and 35, both inclusive, living in Palos de la Frontera and owners of the property or plot where the construction is to take place, within the urban areas of Palos, La Rábida, and Mazagón (within the municipal boundaries of Palos).
- LINE 3: PROGRAM OF AID AIMED AT THE ACQUISITION OF OFFICIAL PROTECTION HOUSING IN THE GENERAL OR SPECIAL REGIME:
a) €10,000 HOUSING VOUCHER.
b) €105 BONUS ON THE MONTHLY PAYMENT OF THE MORTGAGE LOAN FOR THE FIRST THREE YEARS FROM THE FIRST AMORTIZATION PAYMENT OF SAID LOAN.
Beneficiaries of this measure may include young residents of Palos aged between 18 and 35, both inclusive, living in Palos de la Frontera and acquiring their first habitual residence, which is Officially Protected under the General or Special Regime within the urban areas of Palos, La Rábida, and Mazagón (within the municipal boundaries of Palos).

Once completed, you must go to the offices of the Center for Business Initiatives (CIE).
Along with the application, you must provide:
- Photocopy of the ID/NIE of the applicants.
- Certificate/Report of residence registration of the applicants.
- Public deed of acquisition of the housing.
