Housing Fund
In the case of this municipal aid, the City Council makes available to the beneficiaries an amount that amounts to a maximum of €6,000 to help cover the expenses arising from the purchase of the home, which in this case must be the first habitual residence and must be located within the municipal area of Palos de la Frontera.
Beneficiaries of this measure may be Palermo residents aged between 18 and 35, both inclusive, who have been registered in our municipality for a minimum cumulative period of 5 years. If the home is of Official Protection under General or Special Regime, continuous registration for a minimum of 5 years will be required, regardless of the age of the beneficiary.
This aid can be requested independently of the Housing Voucher, that is, they can be requested simultaneously.

Once the application is completed, you must go to the Citizen Service Office.
Along with the application, you must provide the following documentation:
- Photocopy of the ID / NIE of the applicant and the guarantor.
- Certificate of registration for the applicant and the guarantor.
- Deed of acquisition of the property.
